    Is there a big problem with people poaching those fish? It would be cool to watch them.

    The spawn is early this year. They need sturgeon guard starting tonight(Friday). Some fish were observed starting to spawn on Wednesday.

    Did anyone else sign up, or get picked for this?

    I applied for next weekend, taking the little brother out to go if we get picked. Just wondering if you get a reply if they don’t need you or if it’s just radio silence.

    Josh, from Sturgeon Caviar Inc! I honestly felt bad catching a sturgeon(but still excited of course). Damaging threatened species scares me. Channel cats on the other hand… The deep fryer is longing for their return… Another bust tonight… Sat on the Mississippi for 5 hours at elk river… Just one massive carp o.o

    Lol, well they got back today, looks like theyre still putting people out there.

    I found out today that things are on hold because of the cooler weather….No watchers needed….
    I’ll just have to reschedule…..
