With the warm weather who is heading up early to sturgeon fish. We are heading up in about a week and a half. Going to be walleye fishing but will have the sturgeon rods with. Big walleyes are great but have a funny feeling they may be over looked for big sturgeon. Been reading reports of guys catching sturgeon with the walleyes all ready. 
I’m thinking about going out of birchdale in a week and a half also. Probably fish for both
We will be up the 28th-1st and again the 12th-15th. Cant wait for some walleye fishing and batteling the great Sturgasouris!
Just got our rooms booked for the end of the month and 1st weekend in April. Paul tells me the ice is breaking up pretty good in front of the resorts on Wheelers point today. Figures it will be open in a day or two.
