I want to say that with the Alton fish, they did get a DNR office to come out to certify on site somewhere. Think it was weighed on a certified “propane” scale or something…that was a situation where the guy had been thinking ahead about how to handle it, though. And yet, the fish died shortly after when they tried to transport it.
