Ok, I have been reading post about all the restrictions on fishing up y’alls way and have been thinking….since I was little and even now when I caught a catfish ( it’s the only thing I have tried to get..except a few weeks ago when I wads in MN amd went walleye fishing )the person I was with be it dad or husband would always just say to small. Never measured it. Never measured big ones. Usually kept anything that wasn’t “to small”. Well, hasn’t gone with in a long time and husband passed away. So, does anyone have an idea about regs or find them? I looked but couldn’t find anything..might have looked in wrong place.
