Like the first time I asked her out on a date.

It’s going to be the first time since May that I’ll be fishing alone with the FW. A whole day and a half, maybe a bit more!

I told her that we would fish walleyes in the morning down near the head of the lake and I got the wrinkled nose look and a “can’t we fish for cats” response. Fine with ME!!

I doubt we’ll be out at night but that’s ok too.

Pink rod is in the pickup next the the Sudden Impact and Secret 7.

2 pm is only an hour away!

Hope to see some of the other village people out there over the next couple days. I’m going to be anchored so if you see a green lund swing by and say HI!

Hope you both have a great couple days together.I made it out for a couple hrs yesterday and only saw 3 snakes. With this high water they like sunning themselves on the rocks and dry wood along the river.
Again wishing you both a wonderfull couple days together.

You sure those are butterflies and not all the mayflies you’ve been eating?

The FW said “you are dead to her” Stuart.

Nothing wrong with a little protein in the tummy…well that’s what I keep trying to tell her anyway.

Maybe it wasn’t butterflies but instead the “Performance jitters” you had going on.
