Small river Channel

    I went to my favorite fiddler hole on the La Crosse river the other day for a quick catfish supper….
    After catching 4 eaters this guy just hammered my crawler…
    It’s not huge by big river standards but this is by far the biggest cat I’ve seen in this hole.

    Both me and the FW prefer the 2 to 3 lb’ers ..with it being just us 2… 6 in cornmeal is enough
