Catfish Cleaning Question

    Hey Cat guys…question for ya..

    We got in to a buch of cats today while fishing for ‘eye’s/saugies….

    But my question is, what color should the fillets be? Are the supposed to have a noticable yellow color to them???

    they are all yellow? usually the yellow gets trimmed out before you eat it. it’s fat as far as i know and it’s like licking the outside of the fish for flavor around here.
