If you think the cats are done your wrong.I have been getting channels while fish for walleyes.Last week I fished pool 2 downstream of the 494 bridge and caught a bunch of 1 to 2 lbers.Nothing to brag about but there was a lot of action.

Today I fished the MN between Carver and Jordan and hooked three cats on shad raps. The biggest went 12lbs and the smallest was about 3lbs.The 12lb cat was probably only a 10lber but his belly looked like a lumpy balloon. It was just stuffed with small fish. You could actually see the outline of his dinner.I cannot believe he actually was going for seconds(or 5ths)when he hit my shad rap.

I also got into the catfish last week. Went outlast Tuesday night for some walleye fishing under the full moon. Very windy here(pool 14), did not do well on the walleye, but landed 4 flatheads, from 1 to 5 pounds, on walleye divers and on ringworms with 1/8 oz. head, all in less than 3 ft. of water, on the windward shoreline.
