The bird bath is still frozen!

I’m going to get the torpedo heater going in the garage, change a light ballast (that should have been changed last fall), clean up the odds and ends of stuff that was just left out thinking that I’ll get to it when it warms up….and make a few no-roll sinkers.

IF I don’t get it all out of my system..I’m moveing the boat into the garage and installing the radios from Uncle Wade.

I’m not going to be happy…but it’s going to get done!

    and i hear ya!
its been a long time since i’ve spent more time in the garage than in the boat this time of year.
river is above flood stage down here, wont crest until wednesday and will still be above flood stage next weekend. and way too much flow and trash for me. last time i was out busted a transducer bracket and a temp sensor.
boat probably wont be on the water until the spring pool 4 trip in two weeks.

Yo Brian – You Wussy – Put on your waders and go check my bullhead traps for me! Then break the ice out of the bait tank and put the bullies in there for me. Let me know when you are done and then you can go play in the garage.

I heard that we might get into the 50s for a few days in August. So much for global warming, LOL. I was down by Crosby Farm on Sunday and the water was way up down there. They even had signs up saying the trail was under water, it wasnt yet.
Now for the bad news its supposed to snow Tues thru Weds. that cant be good.

That trail is underwater in some areas right now.. it was about 1/2 way up a mountain bikers tires near the lower Hidden Falls park area.
