Catfisherman Needed

For those of you who don’t know, I’m sports director at a tv station in Austin, MN. I do a weekly outdoors segment on Monday nights and just had Dustin Stewart on this week smallie fishing on pool 4. I’m looking for someone to take me catfishing somewhere in SE minnesota and I need to set it up before the 4th of july holiday. Any takers? I’m flexible on the time of day, but it has to be on a weekday. PM me if you’re interested in getting your face on tv.

If you can’t get with Mavzer, he and are will be heading off to Steve Vick’s wedding Thursday of next week, I’d highly suggest working to set something up with Dirk Wassink or Chris Tuckner. Both are good cat men and great guys from the website here.

Those two guys are great catttin guys!!! I think the flathead fishing is going to get pretty tough… the next week and a half….or at least tougher with this heigh water coming and the spawn.. Just got done talking with Dirk and he says there is a lot of water coming down the system I would hold of your fishing trip for flatheads for about a couple weeks…. unless you want to target channels they are pretty fun to catch in high water… good luck iether way…
