Welcome to the catfish forum. At the bottom of the list of different thrads you will on the right side a bunch of numbers. Each one of those numbers is the number of a page of different topic threads. Click on each one and on each page you will find a wealth of info shared by the catfishermen and catwomen. There are a bunch of cat guys here who know what they are doing.
    Thanks, Bill

    Hey Zoomhog!

Get yourself a 3 oz bank or no-roll sinker and a 2/0 Gamakatzu circle hook…slice off a sucker steak and toss it into a current seam. In 50 words or less that should get you a nibble or two.

If you’re a little more daring…Sonny’s Super Sticky stink bait..and a stink bait tube with the same sinker in the same current seam will get you more fish…although they might be smaller…but you’ll never know until you try!

This forum has a TON of info in past posts like Bill said…much more that I could ever convey to you in an afternoon…

But please feel free to hollar if you come across other questions!

i was thinking about a 3 way rig of a hook with live bait and a sinker. Is this a good basic rig and any other good rigs that are simple?
