If the movie will not start for you or you connect to the internet using a dial-up connection it is recommended that you right-click on the video link and choose “save target as.” Once the video has finished downloading you can play the movie on your machine.
September 1, 2006 at 11:16 pm #474378Featuring Jimmy’s Bait and Tackles Suckers and Bob Moore’s Bait and Tackles….THE BOSS rod!

September 1, 2006 at 11:24 pm #474384Awesome guy’s…..
That’s a lot talent in one boat…….Brian do you always wear your Rolex when working with cutbait?…..
James how did you get the Windows Media Interface to pop up on the screen…. Movie Maker???
Thanks guy’s.
September 1, 2006 at 11:27 pm #474386We’re embedding the object using custom UBB code. Getting the media to play in the player on an html page is farily straightforward. Getting the same to happen in a .php environment with html turned off took a little extra wiggling.
If you want me to point you toward a couple resources for embedding the video inside the player let me know. I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
September 2, 2006 at 2:16 am #474404Nice film guys, Is there a reason why you used cut bait instead of bullheads, time of year, availability of bullheads, just wondering.

Mossy…Between Moore’s B&T in Mpls and Jimmy’s B&T in Stillwater, bullheads are more available now than ever before.
On this stretch of the sippi and this time of year, bh’s just don’t seem to produce as well. I’m not saying that a person won’t catch a flat on them. Ask Chris explained in the video, with all the bait fish around, I believe that the cats just don’t want to chase there food as much.
We had four rods out, one with a live sucker and the others cut. This was my rigging all week (only with two lines when I was alone). One 9 lbs fish was brough to the boat with live bait, all others were on the sucker cut in half.
Cut sucker might not be the BEST bait even now…I haven’t tried creek chubs or shad which could be a better bait.
Good question! Thanks!
September 2, 2006 at 8:21 pm #474550Thanks to all who helped make this video! I hope there are many more like it in the future. Maybe when you get enough clips together you can put it on cable access TV.
