Any of you experienced cat fisherman ever use crawdads for bait? We’ve been using them the last several weeks in pool 11 with some good success. 10 – 12 flatheads each time out. Weight range from 2-10 lbs. No monster, but good eating. I catch the crawdads myself and remove the pinchers before putting them on the hook. Just curious to see if anyone else finds this method successful. I don’t want to get into a debate like the bullhead/creek chub one a week or so ago. Just a question. Let me know.
