Seen some of your posts at other places. Glad you came by to check us out. If you need help on launches there are plenty in the twin cities area that we can steer you towards.

Thanks Larry. I get around a little on the forums. Just never got over to this one. Bob moore sent me this way when I stopped to get bait yesterday.
I was going up to Crookston until my son got sick. I told the wife I would stay in town.

So that opened me up to be able fish this event.

I am trying to decide to put in at blackdog or WaterGate Marina.

Good luck guys!! My carbs been down on the boat and hopefully will be going this weekend!! Havnt had the boat out in almost 2 weeks and had to stoop to fishing eyes the last couple weeks I was thinking about taking the canoe out and and giving that a shot but Monica thought it was a bad idea Sometimes I just dont understand women… I thought it sounded sorta fun

I ran into a guy I’d had never met at a Texas Holdem game Saturday that was in the boat near you guy’s when you pulled in the big Flatty he said he thought it was 38lbs….it was his first time Cattin ever he was with Lunker and was amazed the fish was so big, it had to be you guy’s because he remembered hearing you guy’s say you had won the previous Moore’s tourney….

I’ll tell ya what. I’ve fished with walleye guys, bass, guys, and muskie guys. You’ll never meet a better, more generous, friendly people than the cat guys. And girls!

I sure was pleased at how helpfull everyone is, and I got to put some faces with some names. Nice to meet you all and thanks for all the help! Especially you Karl, or Carl. Your snag slayer is really something. Thanks again Dan.

It was really nice to meet you last night, Dan! I really enjoyed fishing with you and Tyler H. I hope you 2 will come up again soon. We had a great group of fishermen (and fisherwomen )with us, didn’t we? I think half of the contest entrants were with us. Nothing like friends and fishing to make your night… add in some pizza and breadsticks, and you’re talking paradise!

We won’t know the official results until after 3pm when all of the entries are in. Its been awful quiet out there… kinda scary!! Even the text messages were few and far between last night. Can’t wait to see what comes of it all!! Oh, the suspense!! I’ll keep you all posted!
