I joined this sight in early July to learn as much as I could on catching big flatheads. I have caught channel cats up to 34 inches and a couple of small flatheads on the wis. river using tips I learned on this site. I haven’t figured out where the big guys are….yet. On July 26 I went to the mississippi to try and find some big flats and found 2 nice ones. pics are posted in biggest catfish post.
thanks again you have a greatsite here

    Welcome!

That’s what we are here for…well, at least most of us!

We have to get you into some good fish…that you can measure in pounds…not inches! (inches are for the other forums )

Pug, I’ve been a target since cat’s had whiskers.

Emover just steps out of the darkness and whacks me with a bag of ice once in a while. The schmuck!

All is fair in cat forums and war.

We’re good targets because we can take it, eh brother?

By the way, you get Tony warmed up for Saturday! Fishing, I mean.

I am sooo pumped for Friday and Saturday. I can’t wait to get out with you Brian and see some new water, I’ve only been down to your neck of the woods twice and I liked lot of what I saw both times.

Pug- I’ve got a pretty good idea of where I want to fish. Things may change after this rain stops though. If it does change it will definately be for the better. I can think of a few spots that will be great if we get enough water back in the river.
