Well, i am gonan venture back home to RW this weekend, and maybe, jsut maybe lower my standards to go fishing for walleyes. 
…. i cant belive i even said the word….”walleye”….it seems like a swearword or something.
Knowing my “Black Cloud” syndrome, i wont catch anything….but oh well….hahahaha!
I may take a little work to get the GoDevil off b4 goin out though……those things are hard to finess thru current…lol.
Hey Mud It is winter you can say that word now if you want,
and even through I don’t fish for them (even in winter) it is alright your membership is not revolked…. (yet, depending if you admit to catching/keeping any,… remember if you do catch any they must be discarded with a single rap on the head)

When I raid the cleaning buckets at everet’s resort I get a certain satisfaction on catching great big channels with the help of those ugly fish they worship down there….
sorry guys….never made it out! 
…oh well, got he boat from duck hunting mode to fishing mode….took most of saturday ….tehn sunday had rain/sleet/snow, so i had to leave back school early…..arrgh

Using walleye parts for bait????
Several years back, we were fishing a rock point on Lake Traverse for carp. Caught the occasional walleye, then we stumbled on cats! Huge ones. We had one big channel cat up to the boat when it rolled and puked up half dozen 6-10 inch walleyes. We figured that the cats were in the gaps between the boulders and sucking up the walleyes as they swam over them to spawn.
It was the best use of walleyes that I have ever seen!
