The cottonwood tree was a lonesome place tonight as was the healing waters of the St Croix…

Since the no-roll sinker has become so popular with catters in these parts, we organized a No-Roll Party. We had 400 plus pounds of lead and 6 guys for the production line.

The local Animal Control lady stop by because of a complaint of all the cat smack going on in our driveway.

At the end of the day we poured 120. pounds of lead and not one burn…although I tried to smoke Steve out… We have more sinkers to pour guys!

Yes .. it was fun guys.. and got to meet a couple more good people.. well worth the 300 mile drive at 2-8 mph one the average(seemed that way anyhow).

We will have to do it again soon.. but like posted by another.. we need a warmer day, and not quite so much wind.
