Mr. R. Jr…if you get some line that won’t break on you…you will be in the running…the odds are with you!

Just a reminder… there is a nice new St. Croix rod up for grabs for the guy or gal that lands the largest cat in our little cat tourney the night before the GTG.

    Who’s fishing?

The entry fee is still the same as year’s past…. one cold beer.

What happens if I can’t buy a beer???

That also means I still owe you one from last year.

My dad will get you the entry fee somehow

James are the rules posted someplace? I know we have some new folks to the board…old stinky catfisherman…but new to IDA that were asking about it.

GENTALMAN’S HONOR CAT TOURNEY (that still cracks me up )

The only rule I can remember is this one:

Very important…Once you have lenght, girth and weight…call briank on his cell phone….he will pass it on to the officials…(in smaller amounts )

OK! I was just trying to get the edge…

when/where is this little tourney going on? I could use another St Croix.

In all honesty.. I enjoy friendly get togethers.. the chance to win a nice rod is quite the incentive for me to show up.. as long as its not so far away that it would be cheaper to buy one than gas for the trip.

Dave, the gtg (Get ToGether) is held at Everets Resort (30 -40 mins from my place)outside of Redwing.

Be fore warned….once Redneck JR changes his leader…you will have a hard time keeping up with him…of course Hansen might have a chance to if his 50 # Power Pro quits breaking!

    I don’t think there’s a catagory for biggest fish lost…sorry Fisher Sherry!

You guys have your laughs. Go ahead. We’ll see who’s laughing when my time really comes and I reel in a big monster fish that could EAT your fishies.

The boy means from dusk on July 22 till dawn on July 23. Fot those dumb enough it gives you time to get back to Evert’s, switch out the cat roads and bait for walleye gear and be ready for the walleye tourney—don’t ask how I know this but’s let’s just say I’m not planning on doing it AGAIN this year.
