Got out again – bluegills were popping aggressively – caught about 40 with my dad, of which 16 went into the bait tank. Nice big ones. Got out with my buddy and fished a few hours and caught 5 flats – all small. One was a cute little 4 pounder – always impressed with the size of their meals. The bigget was a 21. Here it is (doesn’t look nearly as big as the 22 from last week – especially when the boy was holding it):

Ha…I guess “small” wasn’t the right word for it, but you know what I’m getting at – hard to keep things in perspective when you’re out after the true pigs.
