Jetcat got a hold of me and wanted me to show him the ways of the wise. At first I was a little jelly-fished about taking him out, but after he offered to by me a few drinks I accepted. So I got him drunk and blindfolded him, so he wouldn’t be able to find my hotspot. And sure enough after about 30mins of the bullhead bouncing we hear the scream of the clicker. It took him a while to land him but we got him in the boat. I think I have now changed his ways and he is now focusing on the “bigguns”.

After seeing 3 or 4 pics like that in the last month I gotta ask how long it takes a cute little kitty cat to get that big?

Whew…that sucker was a tough nut to crack. Yeah, I was a little worn out to say the least. As far as gloves go….back when I used to only catch a couple hundred Flatheads a year, they didn’t seem as important either:)

Jason? Is that your lower lip sticking out?

Good pic, it’s going up on my wall.

Just had to post my own braggin’ pic. You guys always catching these monotone cats don’t know what you’re missing in the mottled flats with white-tipped tails. That’s a full-sized reel (holds a hundred yards of 10 pound test!)by the way!

Fthd, why are you using such light line? Must have taken you a while to finess that one in!

You can see by looking at that flat…she’s going to be a piggy when she grows up! I like my girls with a big belly!
