Hmmm…maybe that’s why the “depends on who it is” is leading?
I think you have a point, but most snags “could” be fished by two boats with cooperation by both parties. I guess I’m assuming we are using the MN laws of two lines per fisherman, with two people in one boat and one in another.
The other “problem” would be if the runs were coming from the shallow side, the outside boat would be at large disadvantage. Which brings up another question.
