I’m going to use the poll feature to try to get a more accurate read on this question..Hope it works!

If your fishing a good spot and another boat came by would you allow them to fish “with” you by either tieing the boats together…or by some other means.

You forgot “Anyone but Beach Brian” as an option bud.

Seems like it also depends on what kind of cover/structure it is, don’t it? If you’re sitting on a big feeding flat, it’s a lot easier to share without worrying about tangles than if you’re trying to put 6 lines in one snag.

Hmmm…maybe that’s why the “depends on who it is” is leading?

I think you have a point, but most snags “could” be fished by two boats with cooperation by both parties. I guess I’m assuming we are using the MN laws of two lines per fisherman, with two people in one boat and one in another.

The other “problem” would be if the runs were coming from the shallow side, the outside boat would be at large disadvantage. Which brings up another question.

When catten with a partner…do you have dedicated rods or do you have “community” rods and take turns? Share the wealth so to speak? See new post/poll.
