Spent the evening on the Croix checking out some cat spots with Catten Adict.

As you likely know I’ve been ribbing him about wearing pink gloves when holding a flathead.Well, I’d say we are even now…

I just finished cutting up some cutbait and he asked me to bait his hook…soon as I grabbed the hook..WHAM! he set it home.

Becareful when you rib this guy about pink gloves

Hey CA! Have I told yo latly ho hard it is too tye with a circle hok in yo finger?

to set the record straight…it’s amazing what a wire cutter and a little super glue can do.

Had a great time CA! One thing nice about fishen for cats…even if you don’t have a cat bite…pulling in the sucker is just as good as catching walleyes. (How’s that CA?)

Yo Brian – Baited his hook for him? When did Sean become a Princess? Sean – Did you wait until he had picked it up and turned and then just started reeling? That is a perfect hook up for a circle hook. Nice job.

I’m glad this is Brian’s sense of humor gone haywire. I got all puckered-up when I saw that the first time!

I am curious…..did he shove you in the water, and how much slack line did he give you before he reeled you in? You could be starting a new trend in the piercing world with that….a little jewelry in the middle finger.

No kidding! Don’t let that picture be seen by anyone younger. The next thing you know we’ll have finger piercing…. What will they think of next…I mean if they have it down “you know where” then I’m sure they wouldn’t hesitate to put something in their finger.

I’m pretty sure that pice of cut bait is way too big for any channel cat I’ve seen.

Just to be a little more clear about this picture….

It’s a staged picture. The hook was superglued to my finger after I cut way some of the hook. (yes I need to go fishing more!)

Besides Catten Addict would never hook me in the finger…he would go for other places…
