Walleye Guy here… 
I took a break from from the walleye fishing and pulled ashore to let the dog take a wizz. Figured I’d toss a crawler out while I waited for her to get done with her bizz. Did not take long before the pole was bent over in the rod holder! Fun tussle on 6lb line and a spinning rod. Fat channel cat mid day today (Mother’s Day).

You know…you look better with a cat in your hand…than with a 10 lbs walleye…… 
Rumor has it John J. sneaks out at night a few times a year, when the walleye guys aren’t looking, to chase those cats around.

Ok, the “Cat” is out of the bag… 
I’ll admit I do go out a few times a year looking for cats. There are many times after a day of chasing ‘Eyes I wish I had saved that time and energy for a night of Cattin’. 
I do really enjoy reading all of the reports from the Catfishing Forum. I hope to be able to contribute more in the future. I learn a lot here for sure!
