I was out visiting some of my cat spots this weekend in my new boat. I show 47 degree water in the channel. 51 degrees showing off the channel. It is amazing what you can see with improved electronics. I am starting whole hog next weekend.

Just a little too far for me to motor in a day. Can you bring your new boat up here…say Friday? I want to try it out over the weekend… I won’t scratch it…

It looks like you will have no problems taking the state record flathead to the scales with that…looks wide from this angle…Flat bottom…perfect for sleeping! ’till the clicker goes!
