    GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE!

Hope everyone has been enjoying the late fall/early winter season so far! Today we share our first CATCH AND COOK ON THE ICE for the 2020-2021 ice season! We have been catching enough Rainbow Trout to start things off this year, so we wanted to target exclusively BROOK TROUT! The lake we went too had some pretty sketchy ice conditions but we managed just fine! Drone shots came out pretty cool because of the conditions (Pictured below). Some bald eagles were talking to each other and looking at our fish from the trees lol, felt fortunate enough to get a drone shot of one of them too.

Did a simple recipe for the cooking…Oil/butter in the pan, Salt/pepper seasoning, light flour coating on the outside 😃 !! Hope you guys enjoy!

Thank you! Funny thing is, I’ve encountered a lot of people out here in Colorado that think they’re ugly…IDK How you could think that.
