Discount steel will cut to exact length. Without seeing how the previous floor was attached I cant say for sure?

You can cut aluminum with just about any saw and a carbide blade. We use a miter box to cut aluminum rail all the time just make sure you let your saw gets all the way up to full speed. I love Discount steel but they charge a fortune for special cuts. Riveting works well or self tappers. Make sure you use a marine grade plywood for the deck.

Go to any pawn shop and buy a $20 circular saw.
That’s cut the thousand dollars of aluminum i’ve put in my refurbs.
