Heading to Mexico next weekend for 5 days. Trying to pack everything I need in a carry on bag without a check-in bag. Does anyone have a recommendation for that size bag? Not fishing unfortunately, going to a wedding. Just need it in possession before 1/30.
    Thanks,

Pretty standard size, go to the airline you are flyings website and they will give you the dimensions they accept.

9x14x22 is the generally accepted max dimensions for US airlines carry on bags. Combined measurement of any bag (again, generally) cannot exceed 45 inches L+W+H including wheels and handles.

For a rolling bag, get an “all hard shell” bag. They last forever and they slide in and out of the luggage compartments much easier because they don’t have all those pockets and zippers and crap that soft luggage has to snag on everything. They are also very light weight, which is important these days because if you are traveling with only 1 bag, you don’t want 7 or 8 pounds of your luggage weight allowance to be gobbled up by the bag itself.
