    I’ve got a carbon 9 with a problem or “OE” operator error.
    I’ve put all my waypoints routes and trails on a micro SD card then delete and purge the system.
    Then when I try to make new waypoint unit tells me memory is low.
    Is there a step I’m forgetting in clearing the unit??
    Any help would be great!

    You’ve followed the right procedure…not sure why that message would come
    up. As long as you saved wpts to a card, you could try doing a Hard Reset.
    This also clears wpts and might clear the memory issue. The next step
    would be to change software versions. Going up 1 (if you’re not on the
    latest) or back 1 can sometimes fix bugs.
