Should be easy, follow the fuel line…but no.
Got a new boat, its a 2005 Lund tyee Gran sport and trying to winterize it. I can’t find the damn cannister anywhere! Do you guys know where you it might live in this boat? All other boats I’ve owned or serviced it’s there in plain sight…but not this one. Running with a 2011 Yamaha 150hp if that helps… appreciate any guidance you can give me!
It may not have one. I’ve seen re-powered boats where they were not installed. I have a re-powered boat with a 2018 yammy that doesn’t have one, no problems so far, yet a friend has a new boat with a 2018 yammy 60 and that has one…
The only yammy 150 I’m familiar with is older (2005) and that has a filter/ sediment bowl under the hood and no water separator filter that I know of. That’s on a 05 Lund 1700 fisherman.
I have an 06 Fisherman 1700 and there was no separator. I installed one.
None of my boats have ever had one. Lund tyee, lund pro V(X2) and a Warrior. I installed one on my Warrior about 2 years ago.
