I am also looking to finance one, with better terms than my banks 35% down requirement. As soon as they heard it was an Ice house, they didn’t really want to process a loan.

Milaca unclaimed freight largest selection in the state earlier this fall was 250 plus units on grounds. Best pricing I’ve found as well good luck!

Go up to the ice show the beginning of dec. The first ten castles order their get em by christmas. And u can have it built the way u want for a good price. I picked up my 22 footer with a v,tandem axle hydraulic,rv addiction, toy hauler, rubber floors, and every bell and whistle with the layout I wanted for 23000. It’s the only way to go.

Milaca Unclaimed Freight and right across the Hwy. is a Yeti dealer (Northland Auto) Use them to beat each other up over price.

check with A.C. Nelsen RV World in Shakopee. they are the hard water expo in blaine this weekend with a display of 8 different houses. they sell Ice Castle and Ice Cave (made by fleetwood RV) brand houses. they offer no down payment financing (unless you have a lower credit score then there is a small down payment needed). the person I talked to today said the bank they use offers a 6.99% interest rate (lower rate if you credit score is 750 or higher) and they finance them on 10 year terms. there is no penalty for paying more each month and paying if off sooner if you are able to do that. The unit I looked at was a $20,000 unit that would of had payments of like $210 per month.
