I have been on a serious diet this year. October 15th marked one year on my diet. I have lost a significant amount of weight. My knees and back are doing much better and my fishing future looks bright.

Good for you Len. Keep it up. As you know the older we get the more we need to take care and especially watch our weight.

adkins can get boring if you don’t find interesting recipes.

Congrats Len, sustained lifestyle change is difficult for anyone and you seem to be making the best of it. Cheers and tight lines!

Good for you Len. I bet you feel like a whole new man. Maybe a good German beer for a treat once in awhile?

Way to go, Len! That can be a hard battle to accomplish (losing weight) but your knees and back will continue to thank you.
