What in the world is this thing? I would guess some sort of larva but after that I’m stumped. I’ve got a longer vid but had to clip to fit the limit. Thanks!

not a snook (no line on it) perhaps a green sunfish though

My first guess was the rare larval stage baby-sunmaid-alien-eye, green phase.

Unfortunately the most likely answer is usually the correct one. I’m crushed that it was actually just a mayfly nymph. How boring is that?
