C and R smallies in the Croix?

    I thought I read that sconnie is allowing hook and line folks to target SMB after 4/1 this year. Does that apply to SCR since it’s border water?

    I was interested too. I don’t believe the Croix is one that follows under the new regulations which is unfortunate.
