Buying seasonal trailer at LOTW.Help

buying trailer at LOTW and it still has the regular trailer roof on it, it is good but want to have a peaked roof put on it with rafters and metal. any of you guys know any good and honest contracters up there around the resort area?i was told they are looking for jobs like this early in spring but having trouble getting names and numbers. thanks in advance

Can’t help you with contractors up there.
I did this a few years back on a mobile home. I needed to get a letter from the mobile home manufacturer that stated the walls would support trusses and roofing before I could get a building permit for the project. You might want to check on this for your area.
