Buying Crawlers

    Guys we’re heading to Lake Erie next week for our annual trip. In the past I’ve always purchased a flat of crawlers from the local bait dealer. But the last couple years I haven’t been very impressed with the quality. So this year I was thinking of purchasing my crawlers from a different source. I’ve bought bait from Vados in the past but it’s been limited to spikes & wax worms. Also when I fish Green Bay I’ve always been impressed with the crawlers from the Citgo station at Suamico. I called them to see where they get them but do to management rules they couldn’t tell me the supplier but she did say they came from Antigo,Wi. Has anybody ever ordered crawlers and had them shipped to you ? Those crawlers from Suamico were Canadian Crawlers and were like little snakes they were awesome. Appreciate any feed back and who knows we might not need anything but cranks but you always gotta have the crawlers. Glenn

    I ordered a flat from speedy worm this year. They were a good batch and I would order again.

    Are you willing to try the Uncle Josh pork stuff? It’s a quality product and is tougher than any live worm.
