    Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia
    Cheddar Smoked Paprika Sourdough
    Sourdough
    Sourdough English Muffins
    Lake Trout and Rainbows for the smoker

    Fish will hit the smoker at noon. The sourdough loafs are cooling. Getting very impatient waiting for the bread to cool.
