Squirrel hunting has always been one of my favorite activities in the Fall. Every year since I was a young child I have looked forward to stalking those tree rats through the hardwood and mixed forests of Northern Michigan. I’ve been to busy to get out this season so I thought I would look back on one of my hunts from last season and share it with you all. I hope you enjoy it.

man tree rats are good eats………usually a good hit and the wild game feed! or its just the cook!!!!!

x2! I’ve only shot a couple throughout the years because my area just doesn’t have very many. Big grays are still nice though. One of these years, I’m going to make a point to dedicate a weekend to the tree rats and have a nice feed mid-winter.
