Anyone fish this one for bass? Looking at lakes with Larger bass and catfish-Heard about a good one by the HS chain (thanks John) Buffalo is closer to me and has some nice structure-Secci is 3 so the lake is very dark, lake probably has a great dock bite but that is really not my thing. Look at the mapif you have not fished it and let me know what you think. Thanks

Just fish it like any other lake at this time of the year.

Haven’t fished it this time of year. But, we did well on league night in early June with finesse techniques on the mid-lake structure. Find the tallest weeds you can. Good smallies and largemouth.

I should add that besides weed areas, there are good rocks on some of that structure that should hold the smallmouth.

Water is a pretty nasty green color rite now.Hopped in a friends boat and trolled around the other morning for a few hours with only one bite for our efforts.Usually we can pick up a few smallies, pike and a walleye or crappie or two but wasnt much happening for us anyways.

Not much for me either-boats besides mine? Zero, never a good sign-gotta try new ones though.
