Open Water Fishing!!

    Are any of the boat ramps open yet? I can’t wait to sink a line in Brushy for some large/smallmouth!!!!! It’s going to be at least 5-8 more weeks b4 things are open up here in MN. I’d be willing to take someone out with my ranger on Brushy once the water opens up…..

    3 weeks ago we had 10 to 12 inches of Ice. I went down there this aft. The lower 1/3 of lake is open water. However all 4 of the launch areas are covered with black ice,as is the upper 2/3 of lake. If we got a 20/30 mph wind it would be open in hours.
