    Sharon’s chili recipe got me headed towards making hot sauce using fermented hot peppers, similar to Tabasco sauce.
    Here’s a handy brining guide to use when fermenting goodies like hot peppers and cukes into dill pickles. Its easy to use and offers a little more precise brine strength.

    Nope. Long day yesterday, sorry.
