My brother and I are coming up next weekend and are considering fishing the Whitefish Chain. Has anyone been out here recently and if so how much ice is there on average. I have never fished this lake in the winter and am not sure where we should go out of. I’m still not sure where we are going to fish, but most likely the lower section. Any reports would be nice too!
