    Well, I saw a portable on Rice lake out of Brainerd today.
    Not sure how much ice, but someone took the risk.

    Not much other news for me, plan to do some muzzy hunting tonight and tomorrow. Hope to get one as I could use some venizon.

    Update,

    I saw a couple of deer but did not get a shot.
    On my way home, I saw 8 houses portables of course out on Rice lake.
    So there must be ice out there if there are that many venturing out.
