Crappie fishing is starting great!

    Should be an awesome weekend. Lakes are heating up and the bite has been great in the nisswa area. Water temps in the mid 40s. Catching lots of fish on ratso, Northland Impulse baits, puddle jumpers, and crappie minnows. 6-10 feet has been best but there were a few fish in shallow yesterday afternoon when the sun popped out.     I use to fish Cross lake and Dagget bay back in the 80’s. Some of the best crappie fishing I ever had.
