Brainerd Area Walleye Tips?

    Hey gang, heading to Baxter today for a wedding tomorrow. I’m taking the boat along as I anticipate time for some early AM walleye fishing. I have not fished the area before and am looking for a tip or two. I’ve heard Gull, Pelican or North Long are good bets. Anyone have any more detailed info you would share with a fellow IDO’er via a PM?

    I haven’t heard much anything good coming out of the area lakes this week, we had had pretty good luck on Round Lake which is connencted to Gull Chain 2 weeks ago. Best bet is check out what Dave or Jason say at Sportland Bait in Nisswa they will have some great tips for you.
