It’s section championship week.

The winners will partake in the state tournament starting one week from Wednesday.
Looks like it’s Wayzata vs Edina yet again in section 6AA. But there will be some new blood coming out of section 2AA, as both Chanhassen and Minnetonka failed to make the final.
I only care who comes from the North. It’ll be fun when they get going.
I agree, more enjoyable when a northern team or two are competitive. Moorhead looks to be a contender this year if they make it past Bemidji.
Rock Ridge looked pretty darn good the other day. Doesn’t hurt to have a Stanley Cup champion for a coach either.

Wayzata may be the biggest obstacle there. In the same section too.
Just a shout out to the girls state tournament teams. I went to both Championship games and they were THRILLERS. Both Championship games went to OT. Fantastic hockey being played by our MN girls teams.
I didn’t realize Hibbing knocked off Hermantown! I like that, buddy has some grand kids in the program.
