Bowens flats conditions?

Headed up to Winnie next weekend. Wondering how the spearing has been on Bowens flats area? Ice thickness, water clarity, and snow depth? Would like to set up early and late near channel for walleye and perch, but girlfriend is new to spearing and is absolutely addicted to it, so would like to set up for that too without being too far from her. Just trying to prepare for two different activities without bringing everything and the kitchen sink. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Talksd to a buddy said water was clear. They fished Perch but saw a ton of big pike shallow. Not sure location though.

how can you go muti species fishing for 2 without bringing the kitchen sink???????? haven’t been up there in a while but have never heard winnies water being dirty for spearing!!!!! good luck!!!!
