Hey guys I’m debating wrapping my Alumacraft to freshen it up. Are these wraps insanely expensive or reasonable for a 16′? I know it depends on design, materials etc I just don’t know if it’s like $800 or $2,500 or quite frankly how they hold up

They are typically 1/2 to 2/3 of a paint job. If you don’t drive your boat onto the trailer, they are alright. I don’t think that they are durable though.

The material itself is designed to withstand weatherization for 5 to 7 years. It’s the same material used for fleet graphics (semi trailer graphics)
It will tear and not withstand dock rash. 5 to 7 bucks a sq ft printed and installed

National fleet graphics in dodge Center does an amazing job

Most guys use National Fleet Graphics with good results. I had mine done by Wildside Graphix in Hastings last spring and couldn’t be happier with it.

Regarding cost ballpark, my buddy had his 24′ RV wrapped for just under $2k.

Get ahold of Adam at black fire graphics in Farmington he wrapped my Lund Alaskan in max 5 camo. For I think 550.00 cash. But don’t quote me on that but I’m pretty sure it was around their. Check him out he does great work.

Adam was SUPER helpful! And the price sounds fantastic. Headed there late this week. I’ll probably opt for a “fresher” look in White or Black with newer logos. Thanks guys!

X2 for Black Fire. They do work for my FIL and it’s top notch. Did a few touches to his Vette also and made it really stand out!

Super excited to give my 160CS Fisherman a new look. Now the hard part is what look! But for the price, man seems amazing.

I’m glad I could steer you the right way. Adam does do awesome work. I’ll try and get a pic of my boat when I get home. The product he uses is amazingly strong. And will last a long time. I’ll be awaiting pics.
    Thanks Matt

How do the wraps hold up to the elements, mostly the gunnels and sun. Mine is stored in the water all summer and the gunnels especially oxidize and I am trying to get away from waxing once a month.

I’d be interested in the film he is using… I’ve been in graphics biz for a long time. I’m positive it isn’t 3M film
