ON my “new boat accessories” string boat steps have come up and been recommended. Right now I’m set to have the Bow Step by Quality Mark installed. Any reviews on this product? Also, any better recommendations? Installing these for ease of use for a few family members with mobility challenges.

I’ve never had trailer steps. But curious if it would be easier for someone with mobility issues to load/unload using the steps or load/unload from the dock once boat is in the water?

I have Boat EFX on my Ranger 621 and love them. Mine are about 6 years old and have the gritty sandpaper traction on the steps, a buddy of mine got them this year and they have an aqua traction type material on the steps and that is really nice.

I think they are a great idea, but the big issue I’ve found with Trailer steps is they are getting so big now that there’s a risk of crashing into them if putting your boat on in windy conditions and you get blown off center…

I bought the boat EFX 4 step. Picking up the boat tomorrow, initial break in Sunday, install the steps somewhere in between.

Some step support poles are too tall for a 7 foot garage door also.
    Might need to be shortened.

These are made to fit in a 7 foot garage door.

That has never been an issue for mine.
Height has also never been an issue.
They help a lot unloading and loading the boat solo.
