Got a 42by72 machine shed that sits empty since we quit farming. How much is going rate for storing boats and campers? Be nice to make use of the space, cement floor

If it’s a decent shed that’s mostly critter free and has a concrete floor, any fishing boat will easily bring ~$500+ for a winter around here (SE MN) and for a larger tritoon or cruiser rig that’s ~30′ long on a trailer ~$700+. Those are just averages and situations where people don’t really run a business, just sell space and don’t want to seek out customers.

I would imagine that number only goes up on average closer to the metro area.

remember to tell folks they have to insure their own rigs and not you.. have a contract signed by both parties and one copy for each of you..

Around Eau Claire it’s $15 per foot from back of trailer to tongue.
