I can’t get into Canada this year like most of you. I’m trying to make a good plan B for my fishing team. We want to go to Hayward WI instead, and fish some small lakes with trolling motors only. Does anyone in the area rent small boats? I don’t mean on a trailer. I mean they have them on small lake already. I pay my rental fee, go get a key, and can use the boat that they have on that small lake. I will bring all my own equipment, including a battery and trolling motor.
Erringtons Lodge near Star Lake WI does this. I can’t believe they are the only folks that do this. Thought anyone? I’m not asking for fishing tips or lake tips here. Just need some small boats on a few small lakes near Hayward. My brother in law has a cabin in the area…so this make sense. Let me know.
